We work closely with our clients to ensure the activities we undertake deliver the desired individual outcomes and change outputs supporting the organisational and people goals our clients want to achieve. We work collaboratively with our clients to put in place mechanisms that really do help the learning and development interventions we undertake to transfer to and positively impact what people do in the workplace.

We like to feel that the real testament to the partnerships we develop is that we have worked with most of our clients for well over five years and indeed with some of our individual customers across a number of differing organisations as their individual careers have also progressed.

Leading Sustainable Performance

This programme was developed to support the Leadership Group of senior managers within the business become effective agents for change. Highly experiential in its approach the Leading Sustainable Performance programme was designed to provide participants with a shared insight and practical tools to further develop their leadership impact and effectiveness.

Entry to the programme was sponsored by respective Directors who agreed with each Senior Manager:

  • 2 Business Improvement objectives
  • 2 Personal Development objectives
  • 2 People Development objectives

An overarching model for the programme was ‘Challenge, Support and Feedback’ which would drive leadership actions at all levels up, down and across the organisation.

Enabling People Managers

Prescience had provided Doncasters’ core Leadership Development Programme for senior, middle and first line managers for approximately two years. Sherwin Williams

A Comprehensive Leadership Programme for Sherwin Williams Diversified Brands Europe (DBE)  – Case-Study

Sherwin-Williams Diversified Brands Europe, owners of Ronseal, Geocel Sealants and Purdy Brushes had experienced significant growth in their European operations. As a result many people in the organisation found themselves taking on roles of increasing seniority, responsibility and complexity.

To enable such people to lead and perform to best effect Sherwin-Williams DBE approached Prescience to design and develop a tiered Leadership development programme aligned to the organisation’s ‘Leadership Pipeline’ and accompanying competencies.

Key outputs from the programme were to enable participants to:

  • Develop the capability appropriate to the participants’ role and Leadership Pipeline level
  • Provide participants with insight into their individual leadership style, strengths and development areas and their impact on others<

“Thought provoking and confirmed areas that need acting upon. I would recommend this 2 day workshop to others.”

“Excellent couple of days. The time has flown, yet we have covered much. Pace of the 2 days excellent. Facilitators knew their stuff.”
